JESSIE HAS OVER 30 YEARS of superior experience, practicing civil law in Santa Clara County. Her law firm specializes in personal injury litigation including life changing automobile accidents and dramatic wrongful death cases on behalf of plaintiffs.  Jessie is bilingual and is fluent in Spanish, her staff is fluent in French. Jessie is the great former President of the Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association and former President of The La Raza Lawyers Association for Santa Clara County. As the lead attorney, Jessie wins the big cases, one of which includes the landmark California Supreme Court case of Rudy Ochoa v. County of Santa Clara (1985) 39 Cal.3d 159. 

Jessie wins difficult cases of the California Court of Appeals and of the California Supreme Court. 

Jessie was recently voted "Personal Injury Attorney in Santa Clara County by San Jose Magazine Reader's Choice" for 2008, she continues earning countless awards by her peers in the civil-legal field.
